• Construct does not employ, vet, or endorse any Workers or GCs.
• We do not verify backgrounds, skills, licenses, insurance, or work quality.
• Construct does not guarantee job placement, worker availability, or payment terms.
• Any agreements made between users are their sole responsibility.
• Our role is similar to classified listings (e.g., Craigslist)—we simply provide a platform for users to connect.

3. User Responsibilities

• Workers must ensure they are properly licensed, qualified, and insured for any work they accept.
• GCs must vet and verify the qualifications of any Workers they hire.
• Both parties handle their own payments, taxes, insurance, and liability.

4. No Liability & No Warranties

By using Construct, you agree that:

• Construct is not responsible for disputes, injuries, unpaid work, property damage, or any legal issues.
• We do not provide insurance, background checks, or dispute resolution services.
• Use of the platform is at your own risk.

5. Indemnification

By using Construct, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or disputes arising from interactions with other users.
